Yasser K.Abdelbaki, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Zucker Medical School at Hofstra/Northwell, and Associate Program Director of Internal Medicine at John T.Mather Memorial Hospital. He was awarded Teacher of the year from Northwell in 2021. Dr.Abdelbaki graduated from Almustansiriyah University at Baghdad/Iraq and completed IM Residency at Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center at Atlanta/Georgia in 2019.

Talaat Abdelmoneim, MD, MPH is Assistant Professor in Pediatrics and the Pediatric Critical Care at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. He practices at Staten Island University Hospital, and has completed 15 years of work at Northwell Health System. Dr. Abdelmoneim received his medical degree From Ain Shams University, School of Medicine 1983 and His MPH from SUNY at Downstate, Brooklyn NY 2015 He completed residencies in general Pediatrics at SUNY at Stony Brook, NY 1987 and Fellowship of Pediatric Critical Care at University of Florida, Jacksonville HSC 1996.

Susan Abraham, M.D. is an Assistant Clinical professor of Internal Medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine. She practices General Internal Medicine in Great Neck , New York. She received her medical degree from Upstate Medical Center in 1994 and completed her residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 1997.

'Dr. Abrashkin is the National Medical Director for Prospero Plus, Prospero Health. Prior to joining Prospero Health, Dr. Abrashkin served as the Medical Director of the Northwell Health House Calls program and the Northwell Health Nurse Clinical Call Center. House Calls has consistently been a top-performer nationally in Medicare's Independence at Home demonstration project; the Clinical Call Center was the second nurse call center worldwide to achieve accreditation through the prestigious International Academies of Emergency Dispatch in 2017. A board certified internist, Dr. Abrashkin spent several years as a hospitalist at the Mount Sinai Medical Center and, since transitioning from that position in 2012, has spent the entirety of her clinical career providing home-based medical care in downstate New York. Dr. Abrashkin has worked extensively with novel emergency medical services roles such as mobile integrated healthcare/community paramedicine and has studied and presented nationally on program outcomes. She has also published on the use of telehealth in home-based medical care, and on the impact of enrollment in home-based medical care programs on hospital utilization during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Abrashkin received a BS in biochemistry and a BM in violin performance from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and received her medical degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center.'

Dr. Bernardo Acevedo Mendez, MD, FACP, FASPC, FNLA, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. He practices as a Geriatrician at 410 Lakeville Road, Suite 200, New Hyde Park, NY 11041 since August 2024. Dr. Acevedo Mendez is a Native Spanish Speaker and received his medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. He completed Internal Medicine residency in June 2020 at North Shore University Hospital/Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He practiced as a primary care provider at NHPP Medicine Specialties at Manhasset, from 2020-2023. He became board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine as of August 2020 and American Board of Obesity Medicine as of February 2021. Additionally, he was certified by AHSCP as a Certified Hypertension Specialist as of May 2022, and by the American Board of Clinical Lipidology as of November 2022. He was certified by the American Board of Geriatric Medicine on October 2024. Dr. Acevedo Mendez focus is Senior Primary Care. As an academic clinician, Dr. Acevedo-Mendez hopes to provide a positive educational impact to students, residents and fellows who will be caring for aging adults.
