Mundeep K. Kainth, DO, MPH, FAAP, began her position as an assistant professor at Hofstra School of Medicine/Cohen Children's Medical Center within the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases in 2016. Soon after, Dr. Kainth joined the Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research as an instructor. Her most recent publications characterize pediatric COVID-19. She completed her residency training at Albany Medical Center and her medical education at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at NYIT. During Dr. Kainth's Pediatric ID fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center, she pursued her Master's in Public Health and published research related to HHV-6 and HIV.
