David Chan, MD, is System Vice-Chair in Urology at Northwell Heatlh and Assistant Professor of Urology at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. He has clinical offices in Urology in Lake Success and Flushing, NY.. Dr. Chan graduated with BS/MS from Yale College in 1991 with honors and summa cum laude in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry. He received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in 1995 and completed his Urologic training a the Brady Urological Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is a Diplomate of American Board of Urology.. Dr. Chan has conducted and published extensive urologic research. He has authored numerous articles in Urology, Journal of Urology, and Journal of Endourology and featured on NPR.
